The invention provides a vehicle accurate and rapid parking device. The vehicle accurate and rapid parking device comprises a vehicle bedplate, a vehicle parking automatic guiding device and a light emitting device which is used for limiting an irradiation angle; the vehicle parking automatic guiding device is connected in front of the vehicle bedplate; the light emitting device which is used for limiting the irradiation angle is arranged behind the vehicle bedplate. According to the vehicle accurate and rapid parking device, vehicles which enter the vehicle bedplate with a drum are relatively centered in the width direction in the process of use of a three-dimensional garage and accordingly scratches of the vehicles in the width direction when the vehicles enter the three-dimensional garage are eliminated and the vehicles can rapidly enter the three-dimensional garage to park. The vehicle accurate and rapid parking device can also be applied to a general garage.
