The invention relates to a single-circuit angle tower for horizontally-arranged power transmission lines in the heavy ice area, and aims at providing the single-circuit angle tower which can provide the pole and tower anti-icing flashover capacity and can ensure the pole and tower ice coating overload capacity as well. According to the technical scheme, the single-circuit angle tower comprises a tower head, a tower body and tower legs which are arranged from top to bottom, and further comprises a composite supporting aluminum alloy penetrating pipe fixedly connected to the tower head. The single-circuit angle tower is characterized in that the tower head is composed of two ground wire upper frames located on the upper portion, and wire cross arms located on the two sides of the lower portion; the two-phase edge wires of each power transmission line are arranged at the two ends of the corresponding wire cross arm respectively, and edge wire jumpers pass through the portion below the cross arms through V-shaped wire jumper strings; a middle-phase wire is arranged right at the center of the tower head and is supported by the composite supporting aluminum alloy penetrating pipe to penetrate through the space between the two ground wire upper frames.
