A double-push teeth belt type buffer gear lifter comprises a driving mechanism, a lifter bracket and a lifter base and is characterized in that the lifter bracket is a rectangular strip-shaped pipe body; a gap is lengthways formed in the side wall of the pipe body to form a slide rail; a rectangular teeth belt guiding groove is formed in the side wall of the pipe body of the lifter bracket; a flexible teeth belt capable of being drawn up and down is arranged in the teeth belt guiding groove; the teeth belt is meshed with a teeth belt driving wheel which is arranged at the lower end of the lifter bracket and on the lifter base; and a pinch roller for pressing, squeezing and pushing the teeth belt is arranged on the back surface of the teeth belt at the meshing part. The double-push teeth belt type buffer gear lifter has the beneficial effects that since the roller body capable of rolling is arranged on the back surface of the teeth belt at the meshing part, the back surface of the teeth belt is changed from a sliding friction state into a rolling friction state, and the frictional resistance is greatly reduced; and since the driving gear is a buffer gear, the driving gear is protected, and the service life of the lifter is prolonged.
