Preparation method of waste glass fiber reinforced plastic powder toughened concrete composite
The invention discloses a waste glass fiber reinforced plastic powder toughened concrete composite and a preparation method thereof. At present, no effective economic means are provided for recycling nonmetal materials generated in a waste glass fiber reinforced plastic treatment process. The preparation method comprises the following steps of firstly, preparing activated waste glass fiber reinforced plastic powder, namely adding an activating solvent and a catalyst into a high-pressure reaction kettle, adding dried waste glass fiber reinforced plastic powder after stirring, carrying out suction filtration by using a filter membrane after stirring and dispersing, and repeatedly washing until the filtrate is neutral to obtain the activated waste glass fiber reinforced plastic powder; then, adding the activated waste glass fiber reinforced plastic powder and a polymer water solution into the reaction kettle, and mixing to obtain polymer-modified waste glass fiber reinforced plastic powder with a core-shell structure; and finally, pouring cement, sand, stone, water and polymer coated glass fiber reinforced plastic powder into a stirrer to stir, and pouring a concrete mixture into a steel mould to obtain the waste glass fiber reinforced plastic powder toughened concrete composite. The preparation method is used for preparing a concrete composite with high strength and high toughness.
