The invention relates to an impervious building filling material and application thereof. The impervious building filling material is prepared from the following constituents in parts by weight: 100 parts of ordinary Portland cement, 0.5-1 part of diethyl azodicarboxylate, 0.5-2 parts of a waterproofing agent, 0.5-2 parts of ceramsite, and 40-60 parts of water, wherein the waterproofing agent is prepared from the following constituents in parts by weight: 40-60 parts of 1H,1H,2H,2H-perfluorooctyltriethoxysilane, and 40-60 parts of N-octyltriethoxysilane. The impervious building filling material disclosed by the invention is simple in formula, low in cost, good in waterproofness and excellent in crushing resistance.
