Low-carbon impervious grouting material for back filling of TBM (tunnel boring machine) tunnel lining and preparation method of low-carbon impervious grouting material
The invention relates to a solid-waste-based low-carbon impervious back grouting material and a preparation method thereof. The solid waste-based grouting material comprises the following components in parts by weight: 200-320 parts of a base material; 18.5 to 57 parts of a special densifying agent; and 140 to 200 parts of water. The base material is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 20 to 40 parts of ordinary Portland cement, 30 to 60 parts of mineral powder, 80 to 180 parts of fly ash, 30 to 70 parts of furnace slag, 25 to 60 parts of bentonite and 20 to 30 parts of biomass ash. The special densifying agent is prepared from the following components: silica fume, nano SiO2, a defoaming agent and sunflower stalk ash. The filling compaction effect is formed by doping the superfine mineral material into the cement-based material, the material compaction degree is further improved by regulating and controlling the content of bubbles in a material system and the alkalinity of a pore solution, high-added-value utilization of multiple bulk solid wastes is achieved, and the tunnel lining back grouting material is prepared. The material is used for back grouting of a TBM tunnel lining of an urban subway, can realize safety and greenness of back filling of the tunnel lining, and can change a'filling layer 'into a'functional layer', so that the anti-permeability performance of a tunnel structure is greatly improved.
本发明涉及一种固废基低碳抗渗背后注浆材料及其制备方法。固废基注浆材料,按重量份计,包括以下组分:基体材料200‑320份;专用增密剂18.5‑57份;水140‑200份。基体材料,按重量份计,包括以下组分:普通硅酸盐水泥20‑40份,矿粉30‑60份,粉煤灰80‑180份,炉渣30‑70份,膨润土25‑60份,生物质灰20‑30份。专用增密剂,包括以下组分:硅灰、纳米SiO2、消泡剂和向日葵秆灰。本发明通过在水泥基材料中掺入超细矿物材料形成填充密实效应,并通过调控材料体系内气泡含量与孔溶液碱性进一步提升了材料密实程度,实现了对多种大宗固废的高附加值利用,制备获得了隧道衬砌背后注浆材料。该材料用于城市地铁TBM隧道衬砌背后注浆,可实现隧道衬砌背后充填的安全与绿色,同时可变“充填层”为“功能层”,大幅提高隧道结构的抗渗性能。
