Resourceful treatment method for waste polycrystalline-silicon residues
The invention discloses a building block prepared through the resourceful utilization of waste polycrystalline-silicon residues and a preparation method thereof. The method is implemented by taking waste polycrystalline-silicon residues and tailing sand as main raw materials and taking lime as an auxiliary material through carrying out uniform wheel-rolling on the materials above, carrying out compression molding forming on the obtained object, and carrying out autoclaved curing on the obtained product, so that a non-burned building block is prepared. The building block comprises the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 39.5-56.0% of waste polycrystalline-silicon residues, 30.0-52.4% of tailing sand, and 8.0-14.0% of lime. According to the invention, in the process of preparing the building block, siliceous materials completely are untreated original-state waste polycrystalline-silicon residues, and aggregates completely are tailing sand, so that the utilization rate of waste residues is over 86%; and no high-temperature calcination is required in the preparation process, so that the building block has the outstanding characteristics of high 'residue consuming' amount, energy saving and consumption reducing, and the like, therefore, the building block has good economic and social benefits, and has an extremely board application prospect.
