The invention provides a construction waste resourceful treatment method. The method comprises the following steps: classifying construction waste according to the resourceful degree; when processing raw materials, performing primary screening on the construction waste by using pre-screening equipment; performing magnetic separation on the residual construction waste; performing primary crushing by using a movable jaw crusher, and performing winnowing to screen out light substances in the construction waste; and then performing final crushing and screening on construction raw materials with a movable impact crusher and a vibrating screen classifier to obtain four renewable aggregates. In the whole production process, the sorting effect is good, particles of various types and grades are separated carefully, and the quality of final regenerated products is good, so that resource utilization of construction waste is achieved.
本发明提供一种建筑垃圾资源化处理方法,将建筑垃圾按可资源化程度进行分类,在对原料进行加工时,先使用预筛分设备对建筑垃圾进行初级筛选,将剩余的建筑垃圾进行磁选,使用移动颚式破碎机进行初级破碎并风选,筛出建筑垃圾中的轻物质,然后使用移动反击破碎机和振动筛分机对建筑对原料进行最终的破碎筛分,得到可再生四种骨料。在整个生产过程中,分选效果良好,各类型各级别颗粒分离细致,最终的再生产品质量良好,从而实现建筑废弃物的资源化利用。
