Manufacturing method for constructional slag brick
The invention provides a manufacturing method for a constructional slag brick. The manufacturing method comprises the following steps: material mixing, roll grinding, green brick molding and steam curing. The method is characterized in that a) aggregate is prepared before material mixing; b) the materials include aggregate, fine powder, coal ash, quick lime and phosphogypsum, wherein the aggregate is originated from building waste fragments and the fine powder is originated from organic and inorganic power of household waste; c) the feeding amounts of aggregate, fine powder, coal ash, quick lime and phosphogypsum for mixing are, by weight, 30 to 50%, 20 to 40%, 10 to 30%, 5 to 10% and 0.5 to 4%, respectively; and d) the steam curing is high-pressure steam curing.
