Manufacturing method for building used slag brick
A manufacturing method for building used slag bricks comprises: mixing of materials, wheel grinding, green brick molding and steam curing; the method is characterized in that, a) preparation of aggregates is performed before the mixing; b) the materials are aggregates, fine powder, fly ash, quicklime and phosphogypsum, wherein the aggregates come from fragments of construction garbage, the fine powders are organic and inorganic powders obtained from domestic garbage; c) the feeding amounts of the aggregates, the fine powder, the fly ash, the quicklime and the phosphogypsum while being mixed together respectively are 30-50% (by weight), 20-40% (by weight), 10-30% (by weight), 5-10% (by weight) and 0.5-4% (by weight); and d) the steam curing is high pressure steam curing.
