The invention discloses an inorganic non-combustible plate. The inorganic non-combustible plate comprises 70-90 parts of chrysotile, 15-35 parts of meerschaum, 0.1-0.3 parts of sodium silicate, 80-100 parts of light-burned magnesium oxide (MgO content is 85% or more), 40-60 parts of water, 5-15 parts of fly ash, 10-30 parts of wood chip, 1-3 parts of expanded perlite, 0.1-0.3 part of a composite water-resistant additive, 2 layers of glass fiber grid cloth, and 2 layers of non-woven fabric. The composite water-resistant additive is a phosphate-combined sulfate and is used as a doping agent with the combination ratio is 1:9-9:1. The inorganic non-combustible plate is small in specific gravity, low in superconductivity, nontoxic, fire-proof, waterproof, soundproof and non-combustible at high temperature, is a good building in-built material, and is widely applicable to baffle walls, furred ceilings, roof boards in dwelling houses and steel structural fireproof plates.
