The invention relates to an insulation board (IPC classification number: C04B16/08), in particular to an inorganic composite A-grade non-combustible insulation board and a preparation method thereof. Raw materials at least comprise, by weight, 60-100 parts of cement, 2-6 parts of dispersible rubber powder, 10-20 parts of expandable polyphenyl particles, 20-40 parts of a fiber auxiliary agent, 20-30 parts of mineral powder, 1-3 parts of a water repellent and 60-80 parts of water. Therefore, the prepared inorganic composite A-grade non-combustible insulation board has good porosity, the compressive strength reaches up to 0.23 MPa, through strict proportioning, the prepared insulation board has small volume water absorption rate which is as low as 4%, and has good strength, and application of the insulation board in engineering is guaranteed.
本发明涉及一种保温板(IPC分类号:C04B16/08),尤其一种无机复合A级不燃保温板及其制备方法。按重量份计,原料至少包含:水泥60~100份,可分散胶粉2~6份,可发性聚苯颗粒10~20份,纤维助剂20~40份,矿物粉20~30份,憎水剂1~3份,水60~80份。因此,本发明制备的无机复合A级不燃保温板具有良好的孔隙率,抗压强度高达0.23MPa,经过严格的配料,本发明制备的保温板具有较小的体积吸水率,其体积吸水率低至4%,并具有良好的强度,保证了保温板在工程上的应用。
