Two-phase magnetic composite powder of CoFe2O4/Bi2Fe4O9 and preparation method of two-phase magnetic composite powder
The invention discloses two-phase magnetic composite powder of CoFe2O4/Bi2Fe4O9 and a preparation method of the two-phase magnetic composite powder. The method comprises the following steps: mixing Bi(NO3)3.5H2O, Fe(NO3)3.9H2O and Co(NO3)2.6H2O, adding a citric acid water solution as a chelating agent and then stirring to prepare sol; and drying the sol, and burning at 700-800 DEG C to obtain CoFe2O4/Bi2Fe4O9 magnetic composite powder. Due to the addition of the chelating agent, burning can be carried out at a relatively low temperature, so that energy sources are saved; the preparation method is simple and beneficial to large-scale production; with the increase of the CoFe2O4 content, the saturation magnetization intensity of the composite powder is increased to 7.9emu/g from 1.4emu/g; the coercive field is increased to 1575.8 oersted from 1379.4 oersted; and the composite powder has relatively high saturation magnetization intensity and coercive force.
