BaFe12O19/CoFe2O4 layered permanent magnetic composite material and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to a BaFe12O19/CoFe2O4 layered permanent magnetic composite material and a preparation method thereof. The chemical formula is as follows: (1-x)BaFe12O19/xCoFe2O4, wherein x is the weight percentage of CoFe2O4 and is greater than or equal to 11.1% but less than or equal to 33.3%. The preparation method comprises the following steps: compressing and molding BaFe12O19 and CoFe2O4 powder according to a barrier layer arrangement mode of 2-2 composition in a die; and removing a PVA adhesive and sintering at 1300-1350 DEG C to obtain the BaFe12O19/CoFe2O4 layered permanent magnetic composite material. As the BaFe12O19 powder and CoFe2O4 powder have a full exchange coupling effect, so that interaction between two phases can be effectively inhibited so as to obtain the composite material which is excellent in magnetic performance and dielectric property.
