Method for improving magnetic properties of permanent magnetic ferrite by adding combined dispersing agent
The invention provides a method for improving magnetic properties of a permanent magnetic ferrite by adding a combined dispersing agent. During preparation of the permanent magnetic ferrite, multiple additives are needed to be added in a secondary technology, the additives mainly comprise calcium carbonate, silicon dioxide, aluminium oxide, chromium oxide, kaolin, lanthanum oxide and cobalt oxide, and the additives have different influences on the magnetic properties, such as residual magnetism and coercive force of magnets. The method is characterized in that the combined dispersing agent besides one or more than one of calcium carbonate, silicon dioxide, aluminium oxide, chromium oxide, kaolin, lanthanum oxide and cobalt oxide is added in a secondary technology of a permanent magnetic strontium ferrite preparation process, and the combined dispersing agent comprises 0.1-0.15% of boric acid (calculated by weight percentage of magnetic powder) and 0.3-0.6% of calcium gluconate (calculated by the weight percentage of the magnetic powder). By adding the combined dispersing agent, the residual magnetism can be increased by 30-100(Gs), and the coercive force (Hcj) can be improved by 100-200(Oe).
