The invention discloses a preparation method of a permanent magnetic ferrite and the permanent magnetic ferrite. The preparation method comprises the following steps that 1, weighing and mixing an iron source, strontium carbonate, rare earth oxide and transition metal oxide, mixing and grounding the materials evenly, and obtaining a primary evenly-mixed material; (2) preparing green pellets from the primary evenly-mixed material, drying the green pellets, oxidizing and pre-sintering to obtain a pre-sintered material; (3) crushing and pulverizing the pre-sintered material to obtain pre-sintered material powder; (5) mixing the pre-sintered material powder with calcium carbonate, silicon dioxide, boric acid, kaolin and a dispersing agent, finely grinding and uniformly mixing to obtain a secondary uniformly mixed material; and (6) carrying out magnetic field compression molding on the secondary uniformly mixed material, and then roasting to obtain the permanent magnetic ferrite. According to the preparation method, the production cost of the medium-and-high-end permanent magnetic ferrite can be reduced, and the magnetic performance of the magnet can be effectively ensured and improved.
本发明公开了一种永磁铁氧体的制备方法及永磁铁氧体,制备方法包括以下步骤:步骤(1):将铁源、碳酸锶、稀土氧化物和过渡金属氧化物称重配料,将物料混磨均匀,得到一次混匀料;步骤(2):将一次混匀料制备成生球,将生球干燥后氧化预烧,得到预烧料;步骤(3):将预烧料破碎制粉,得到预烧料粉;步骤(5):将预烧料粉与碳酸钙、二氧化硅、硼酸、高岭土和分散剂混合,细磨混匀,得到二次混匀料;步骤(6):将二次混匀料磁场压制成型,然后焙烧,得到永磁铁氧体。该制备方法不仅能够降低中高端永磁铁氧体的生产成本,而且能够有效地保证和提高磁体的磁性能。
