Relating to a gasifier fireside surface brick, the invention provides a segmented water coal slurry pressurized gasifier fireside surface brick and a preparation method thereof. The segmented water coal slurry pressurized gasifier fireside surface brick includes a first segment of fireside surface brick close to the fireside surface and a second segment of fireside surface brick close to the fireside surface. The first segment of fireside surface brick close to the fireside surface comprises the following components by mass: 85-90% of fused chromium oxide materials with a particle size of 6-0mm and less than 240 meshes respectively, 1-10% of chromium oxide green, 1-7% of alpha-Al2O3 powder, 1-3% of zirconia, and 1-3% of an additional binder. The second segment of fireside surface brick close to the fireside surface comprises the following components by mass: 75-85% of fused chromium oxide materials with a particle size of 5-0mm and less than 240 meshes respectively, 4-8% of chromium oxide green, 4-7% of alpha-Al2O3 micropowder, 6-10% of zirconia, and 1-3% of an additional binder. According to the segmented water coal slurry pressurized gasifier fireside surface brick provided by the invention, the optimal performance of each segment can be fully utilized at different life periods, thus effectively extending the service life of the fireside surface brick.
