Low-temperature curing abrasion-resistant pouring material
The invention discloses a low-temperature curing abrasion-resistant pouring material which is prepared from brown corundum, tabular corundum, chromium concentrates, electric smelting mullite powder, silicon carbide, activated aluminum oxide, silica micropowder, chromium oxide green, pure calcium aluminate cement, sodium tripolyphosphate, sodium hexametaphosphate, stainless steel and polypropylene anti-explosion fiber according to a certain proportion. According to the low-temperature curing abrasion-resistant pouring material, scientific grain size distribution is adopted for a main granular material, so that high strength and high abrasion resistance of a product are ensured; the materials, namely nanometer-scale micropowder, the pure calcium aluminate cement, the activated aluminum oxide, the chromium oxide green and the like which are added in a combined way, promote the low-temperature curing of the pouring material, and a high-strength low-temperature curing combined lining body can be formed after pouring forming and drying; and the pouring material can form the high-strength integral high temperature-resistant abrasion-resistant lining body depending on the self combination of the material after being constructed by being tested on a water slag trough and hot air duct connection opening of a blast furnace, and the abrasion resistance is far higher than the property of a casting abrasion-resistant steel plate in a using process.
