The first telescopic power device comprises a base body and a telescopic shaft capable of moving relative to the base body. One end of the outer cylinder is fixed to the base body. The inner barrel is provided with an inner end part and an outer end part; the inner end portion is fixed to the telescopic shaft. The inner barrel has an inlet and a plurality of outlets. The plurality of outlets of the inner cylinder are provided on the peripheral side of the outer end portion. The multiple rotary needle tubes are rotationally installed on the peripheral side of the outer end portion.
