Processing method of light foamed concrete decorating building block
The invention relates to a processing method of a light foamed concrete decorating building block and belongs to the technical field of energy-saving building materials. By adequately utilizing the properties of waste glass, the building block is low in density and low in cost, has good thermal insulation, anti-cracking and decorative effects, and a preparation process is simple. The light foamed concrete decorating building block is prepared from the following components: cement, broken glass particles, coal ash, mica flakes, a modifying agent and water, wherein the broken glass particles comprises the following broken glass particles of different particle sizes in percentage by weight: 9%-20% of broken glass particles with the particle sizes of larger than 4.75mm, 45%-62% of broken glass particles with the particle sizes of 4.75mm-2.36mm, 13%-25% of broken glass particles with the particle sizes of 2.36mm-1.18mm, 10%-19% of broken glass particles with the particle sizes of 1.18mm-0.60mm, 4%-12% of broken glass particles with the particle sizes of 0.60mm-0.30mm and 3%-8% of broken glass particles with the particle sizes of smaller than 0.30mm. The light foamed concrete decorating building block produced by virtue of the processing method is light concrete with a porous structure, and the shrinking percentage of the light concrete is very high and is equal to 5-10 times of that of normal concrete; if glass involves in an alkali-aggregate reaction and is expanded, the structure of the foamed concrete decorating building block is not damaged, however, the shrinking of the foamed concrete decorating building block is compensated by virtue of micro-expansion generated by the alkali-aggregate reaction, so that the volume stability of the light foamed concrete decorating building block is improved; the light foamed concrete decorating building block is high in compressive strength and fire resistance, good in decorative effect and durability and extremely high in leakage resistance.
