The invention discloses a cleaning disk with elastic besoms. The cleaning disk comprises a turntable and the elastic besoms uniformly distributed on the turntable in the circumferential direction, wherein the elastic besoms comprise cylinder bodies and piston rods capable of sliding in the axial directions of the inner walls of the cylinder bodies; the piston rods are provided with pistons; a pressure spring is arranged between each piston and the rear wall of the corresponding cylinder body; the outer end parts, extending out of the cylinder bodies, of the piston rods are detachably connected with brushes; the brushes comprise base plates and bristles; the bristles are fixed on the base plates; cylinder covers can be arranged at the lower end openings of the cylinder bodies; the piston rods extend out of the cylinder covers. The elastic besoms or the brushes of the cleaning disk can be independently replaced; when a certain elastic besom or brush is abraded to a certain extent, only the elastic besom or the brush needs to be replaced, and the whole cleaning disk or the whole besom does not need to be replaced, so that the cost can be reduced. The elastic besoms of the cleaning disk can elastically stretch according to the ups and downs change of a pavement, so that abrasion to the bristles is alleviated, and the service lives of the brushes are prolonged.
