Waterproof sealing method of large-diameter high-liquid-level bottomless steel tank body and concrete foundation cup opening
The invention relates to a waterproof sealing method of a large-diameter high-liquid-level bottomless steel tank body and a concrete foundation cup opening. The method includes the steps of firstly, inserting a tank wall into the manufactured concrete foundation cup opening, welding foot margin embedded iron embedded in the foundation cup opening to the side wall of the tank body so as to initially fix the tank body; secondly, pouring C40 micro-expansive grouting materials into the foundation cup opening; thirdly, filling the foundation cup opening inside the tank wall with non-cured asphalt waterproof materials; fourthly, laying and attaching wet lay-up self-adhesion aggregation modified asphalt waterproof coiled materials onto the non-cured asphalt waterproof materials with which the foundation cup opening is filled; fifthly, pouring a fine stone concrete protection layer on the foundation cup opening inside and outside the tank wall; sixthly, embedding the non-cured asphalt waterproof materials in gaps so as to seal the gaps. The method is used for sealing the bottom when the metal tank body and a concrete bottom plate are separated, the gaps between the tank body and the concrete bottom plate can be easily and conveniently sealed, and the waterproofing effect is achieved.
