The invention has the following beneficial effects: the bottom of the enamel steel plate (side wall) is reinforced by the anchor stirrups, so that the bottom of the enamel steel plate is firmly hooped, and the integrity and safety of the tank body are improved; the inner side and the outer side of the tank body are poured with grouting materials, the inner side is poured firstly, then the outer side is poured, bubbles are prevented from appearing at the bottom and the periphery of the anchor stirrup and the periphery of the bolt, and the grouting material pouring compactness is guaranteed; and the waterproof protection layer on the inner side of the tank body foundation has a certain buffering effect, so that the impact pressure on the joint part of the anaerobic enamel assembled tank foundation and the enamel steel plate is effectively reduced.
