The invention provides an energy-saving water supply non-negative-pressure pipeline which comprises a flow stabilization tank, a control cabinet and a pressurizing pump unit. A flow stabilization tank inlet is formed at the water inlet end of the flow stabilization tank, a negative-pressure gauge, a valve, a filter, a backflow prevention device and an antifouling isolating valve are sequentially arranged between a tap water outlet and the flow stabilization tank inlet, a liquid level controller, an inlet pressure sensor and a vacuum suppressor are arranged at the water inlet end of the flow stabilization tank, a flow stabilization tank outlet is arranged at the water outlet end of the bottom of the flow stabilization tank, a flow stabilization tank outlet is connected with the pressurizing pump unit, a security filter and a tele-transmission pressure gauge are sequentially arranged between the flow stabilization tank outlet and the pressurizing pump unit, an outlet pressure sensor is arranged at the outlet of the pressurizing pump unit, the outlet of the pressurizing pump unit is connected with a user pipe valve, the user pipe valve is connected with a user water pipe, a water leakage alarming device is arranged between the user pipe valve and the user water pipe, and the pressurizing pump unit and the water leakage alarming device are connected with the control cabinet. The energy-saving water supply non-negative-pressure pipeline achieve the energy-saving non-negative-pressure water supply purpose and meanwhile ensures water usage safety.
