Prestress splicing method for fabricated shear wall
The invention discloses a prestress splicing method for a fabricated shear wall. The method comprises the steps of prefabricating at least two prefabricated walls, wherein multiple reserved grouting ducts are vertically formed in the prefabricated walls; arranging prestressed rebars to be tensioned vertically corresponding according to the arranging method of the reserved grouting ducts, and anchoring the bottom ends of the prestressed rebars to be tensioned; hoisting the prefabricated wall on the bottom downwards to a predetermined position, making the prestressed rebars to be tensioned penetrate through the reserved grouting ducts in a one-to-one corresponding mode, and making the prestressed rebars to be tensioned exposed from the upper ends of the reserved grouting ducts; tensioning the prestressed rebars to be tensioned on the prefabricated wall on the lower layer with a special prestress tensioning tool from the exposed portions; conducting grouting on the interior of the reserved grouting ducts to enable the prestressed rebars and the prefabricated walls to be effectively bonded and transmit prestress; extending the upper ends of the tensioned prestressed rebars in the vertical direction through a special prestress connector, and repeating the steps to achieve splicing of the prefabricated wall on the upper layer.
