The invention discloses a prefabricated connecting beam and prefabricated wall connecting end construction method. The method comprises the steps that lower-layer prefabricated walls are installed, and protruding anchoring ribs are arranged at the tops of the lower-layer prefabricated walls; a supporting frame is erected between the oppositely arranged lower-layer prefabricated walls on the two sides, and a prefabricated beam is installed on the supporting frame in a supported mode; the protruding anchoring ribs at the tops of the lower-layer prefabricated walls and anchoring ribs of the prefabricated beam are connected and installed into a whole; upper-layer prefabricated walls which are arranged opposite to the lower-layer prefabricated walls and spaced from the lower-layer prefabricated walls in the vertical direction are installed; protruding anchoring ribs at the bottoms of the upper-layer prefabricated walls and the anchoring ribs of the prefabricated beam are connected and installed into a whole; concrete is poured to the body of the prefabricated beam and the two ends of the prefabricated beam to form a concrete prefabricated beam structure so that the upper-layer prefabricated walls and the lower-layer prefabricated walls can be connected with the prefabricated beam into a whole. By adopting the method, vertical external force and horizontal external force can be borne and transferred, and safety of a building can be guaranteed.
