The invention discloses quick-drying reinforced fireproof concrete and a preparation method thereof. The quick-drying reinforced fireproof concrete comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 50-60 parts of cement, 25-30 parts of coal ash, 5-6 parts of silicon carbide, 10-12 parts of sepiolite powder, 5-6 parts of a mushroom cultivating material, 0.5-0.7 part of resorcinol, 3-4 parts of aminopropyltriethoxysilane, 1.1-1.2 parts of a naphthalene sulfonate formaldehyde condensation compound water-reducing agent, 1.0-1.2 parts of sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, 0.4-0.6 parts of polyvinyl alcohol, 4-5 parts of calcium stearate, 8-10 parts of silicate mineral and a proper amount of water. Through addition of the modified mushroom cultivating material, the internal structure of the concrete can be effectively reinforced and the compression resistance of the concrete is improved; the silicon carbide, the sepiolite powder, the silicate mineral and other fillers can effectively improve the strength of the concrete, so that in the construction process, the prepared concrete can obtain excellent noise-reducing, heat-insulating and energy-saving effects; compared with the prior art, the quick-drying reinforced fireproof concrete has the advantages of reasonable cost, simplicity and convenience in construction, significant improvement on a sound-insulating effect, and the like.
