Fireproof flame-retardant concrete and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses fireproof flame-retardant concrete and a preparation method thereof. The fireproof flame-retardant concrete is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 90-100 parts of silicate cement, 40-50 parts of yellow sand, 1.0-1.5 parts of polycarboxylate superplasticizer, 20-25 parts of mushroom cultivation material, 0.5-0.8 part of accelerant DTDM, 1-1.2 parts of polyacrylamide, 4-6 parts of organosilicon water repellent, 15-20 parts of antimonous oxide, 3-4 parts of sodium metasilicate, 1-2 parts of water glass, 0.5-1.5 parts of lignocellulose, 2-4 parts of latex powder, 1-3 parts of cellulose ether and an appropriate amount of water. The mushroom cultivation material is modified and put into the concrete to enhance the compactness, the bulk density, the anti-permeability and the compressive strength of the concrete; the corrosion resistance and the durability of the concrete are improved, and meanwhile, the added mineral powder, antimonous oxide and sodium metasilicate are the major components so that the fireproof and flame-retardant properties of the concrete can be improved.

The mushroom cultivation material is modified and put into the concrete to enhance the compactness, the bulk density, the anti-permeability and the compressive strength of the concrete; the corrosion resistance and the durability of the concrete are improved, and meanwhile, the added mineral powder, antimonous oxide and sodium metasilicate are the major components so that the fireproof and flame-retardant properties of the concrete can be improved.
