Warm mixing type anti-rutting asphalt mixture and preparation method thereof
A warm mixing type anti-rutting asphalt mixture is prepared from 1.0%-3.0% of a warm mixing type anti-rutting modifier, 4.0%-6.0% of petroleum asphalt, 1.0%-3.0% of cement, 1.0%-3.0% of mineral powder and 85.0%-93.0% of aggregate. A preparation method comprises the following steps: the aggregate is configured according to gradation required for engineering, heated to 125-145 DEG C and conveyed to a stirring kettle on a mixing plant to be uniformly blended; the petroleum asphalt is injected into the stirring kettle and uniformly blended; the cement, the mineral powder and the warm mixing type asphalt mixture anti-rutting modifier are conveyed into the stirring kettle respectively and uniformly blended to prepare the asphalt mixture. The warm mixing type anti-rutting modifier is added to the warm mixing type anti-rutting asphalt mixture, so that the rutting dynamic stability of the mixture is improved remarkably, the anti-rutting performance of an asphalt road can be improved obviously, meanwhile, the low temperature performance is realized, the blending and forming temperature is reduced, and environmental protection is facilitated.
