The anti-rut asphalt mixture comprises asphalt, aggregate, mineral powder and an anti-rut agent, the anti-rut agent comprises an SIS/low-density polyethylene compound, and the preparation method of the SIS/low-density polyethylene compound comprises the following steps: adding an organic solvent, styrene and an activator into a reaction kettle filled with inert gas, then adding an initiator, reacting, then adding isoprene, maintaining the temperature for reacting, and finally adding a curing agent, and then raising the temperature to 60-90 DEG C, adding silicon tetrachloride and a xylene solution of low-density polyethylene for reaction, and condensing, washing and drying the product to obtain the SIS/low-density polyethylene compound. The anti-rutting asphalt mixture disclosed by the invention has excellent high-temperature rutting resistance, water damage resistance and low-temperature crack resistance, and the service life of asphalt pavements in heavy traffic and high-temperature rainy areas can be remarkably prolonged.
