The invention discloses a preparation method of injection molding bonded magnetic powder. The method mainly includes the following steps: (1) selection of a waste magnetic powder raw material in preparation process of sintered permanent magnetic ferrite; (2) magnetic powder grinding process, to be more specific, the magnetic powder raw material is dry-ground; (3) magnetic powder tempering process, to be more specific, the magnetic powder is tempered in a muffle furnace to eliminate the lattice defects in the magnetic powder; (4) the sieving process, to be more specific, the magnetic powder is sieved by a 60 mesh sieve to remove coarse particles to obtain the desired injection molding bonded magnetic powder. The beneficial effects are as follows: the injection molding bonded magnetic powder is prepared by comprehensive treatment of sintered permanent magnetic ferrite production waste material, preparation technology difficulty and production cost of general injection molding magnetic powder can be greatly reduced, the requirements of the application of low-grade injection molding powder can be met, and the utilization value of the sintered permanent magnetic ferrite production waste material can be expanded.
