Specifically, the preparation method of the magnetic powder comprises the following steps: preparing iron oxide red, strontium carbonate and strontium chloride to obtain a first raw material, and sequentially pelletizing, sintering and crushing the first raw material to obtain coarse powder; and mixing the coarse powder, fine-fraction iron oxide red, strontium carbonate, strontium chloride and bismuth oxide to obtain a second raw material, and sequentially tempering, pickling and crushing the second raw material to obtain the ferrite magnetic powder. Compared with the prior art, the prepared injection molding bonded ferrite magnetic powder is high in compression density, the existing production process of magnetic powder with double-peak or multi-peak particle size distribution is effectively simplified, the flowability and the magnetic performance of an injection molding magnet are improved, the injection molding magnet exceeds the level of foreign equivalent products, and the injection molding bonded ferrite magnetic powder has good application prospects.
本发明提供了一种注射成型用铁氧体磁粉及制备方法和应用,涉及永磁材料技术领域。具体而言,磁粉的制备方法包括:配制铁红、碳酸锶和氯化锶并得到第一原料,将所述第一原料依次进行造球、烧结和破碎,得到粗粉;将所述粗粉、细粒级铁红、碳酸锶、氯化锶和氧化铋混合并得到第二原料,将所述第二原料依次进行回火、酸洗和破碎,得到铁氧体磁粉。本发明制得的注射成型粘结铁氧体磁粉的压缩密度较高,且有效简化了现行具有双峰或多峰粒度分布的磁粉的生产工艺,提升了注射成型磁体流动性和磁性能,超过国外同等产品水平,具有良好的应用前景。
