The invention discloses a transmission assembly of a full-automatic roadblock device. The transmission assembly comprises a balance sliding rod and a transmission lead screw parallel with the balance sliding rod. A balance connecting rod is arranged between the balance sliding rod and the transmission lead screw and is perpendicular to the balance sliding rod and the transmission lead screw, and stopping rods are arranged at the position, between the balance sliding rod and the transmission lead screw, of the balance connecting rod and used for stopping vehicles or pedestrians. A motor used for driving the transmission lead screw to rotate is arranged at one end of the transmission lead screw. A movement nut is arranged at one end of the balance connecting rod and arranged on the transmission lead screw in a sleeving mode, and a sliding sleeve is arranged at the other end of the balance connecting rod and arranged on the balance sliding rod in a sleeving mode. After the transmission assembly of the full-automatic roadblock device and an external supporting assembly are assembled, the motor drives the transmission lead screw to rotate to drive the balance connecting rod to move, so that the stopping rods are driven to be pushed out or retract to open or close various door control systems.
