The invention discloses a water permeable geotechnical soft mattress structure which comprises a mattress cloth below and concrete blocks arranged on the upper surface of the mattress cloth in a uniform array. The water permeable geotechnical soft mattress structure is characterized in that multiple water permeable openings are formed in the interstitial positions, between the concrete blocks, on the portion sinking under water of the mattress cloth, each baffle cloth is fixedly arranged on the mattress cloth near the corresponding water permeable opening in the upstream direction, and each baffle cloth covers the corresponding water permeable opening when falling down. The water permeable geotechnical soft mattress structure has the advantages that the operation of mattress sinking is facilitated, the efficiency and the precision of mattress sinking implantation are improved, the preventive effect of a soft mattress on a riverbed is improved, and the service life is prolonged.
