The invention discloses a cast-in-place concrete pile pouring device provided with a stirrer. A discharging hole is formed in the side wall of the lower portion of a casting pipe, the bottom of the casting pipe is connected with the stirrer, the stirrer comprises an upper-layer stirring device, a middle-layer transmission structure and a bottom-layer stirring device which are sequentially arranged from top to bottom, the upper-layer stirring device and the bottom-layer stirring device can perform same-direction or reverse-direction rotation under the driving effect of the middle-layer transmission structure and can adjust the extending length of a stirring column to enable the cast-in-place concrete pile pouring device to be adapt to casting piles different in pile diameter, and the stirrer can ascend or descend with the casting pipe and is convenient to use.
