The invention discloses a construction method and device of a reserved hole. According to the technical scheme, firstly, a reservation model used for forming the reserved hole is manufactured and is fixed to a supporting component at a preset forming position through a positioning sleeve; secondly, the forming position is filled with mixed slurry, the reservation model is wrapped with the mixed slurry, and at least part of the reservation model is not wrapped by the mixed slurry; finally, after the mixed slurry is condensed, the reservation model is broken up and taken out of the mixed slurry. The construction method and device of the reserved hole can effectively resolve the problems that as the reserved hole is too large and too complex in shape in the construction process, installation of the reservation model and detachment of the reservation model after construction are difficult. In addition, accurate positioning and firm installation of the reservation model are guaranteed, and the reservation model will not shift.
