According to the reserved hole plugging device, the tray is integrally shrunk and then put down through rotation of the straight rod, then the tray is unfolded and flatly laid to plug a hole, the operation can be completed by one person, stability is high, the working efficiency is improved, the reserved hole plugging device can be recycled after being used, and the cost can be reduced.
