The invention belongs to the technical field of tunnel engineering and discloses an immersed-tube tunnel stern end protection device. The immersed-tube tunnel stern end protection device comprises a main frame, a lifting lug is arranged at the top of the main frame, a plurality of connecting rods are connected among borders of the main frame, and a plurality of elastic pieces are arranged on the border on one side of the main frame and the connecting rods at intervals. The main frame is arranged at the end of tube sections of an immersed-tube tunnel, the elastic pieces are arranged on one side, facing the tube sections, of the main frame, and the main frame can play a role of warning on ships; even an operation ship or dredging device collides with the main frame accidentally, collision force of the main frame and a tube section support can be buffered off by arrangement of the elastic pieces, collision effect on tube section sealing doors or steel side shells is small, damage to the sealing doors or the steel side shells is avoided, and the purpose of protecting the tube sections is achieved; the immersed-tube tunnel stern end protection device can be lifted or set down anytime by the arrangement of the lifting lug; holes are arranged to allow water to enter to have negative buoyancy adjusted, so that stability of the protection device under water is guaranteed.
