The invention discloses a fireproof cement plate, and belongs to the field of building materials. The fireproof cement plate comprises a cement mortar outer layer and a cement mortar inner layer between which a cement cotton layer is arranged; a plurality of bulges are arranged at two sides of the cement cotton layer; the opposite sides of the cement mortar outer layer and the cement mortar inner layer are both provided with a plurality of grooves corresponding to the bulges on the cement cotton layer; the cement mortar outer layer is connected with a fireproof concrete layer. By the dual protection of the arrangement of the cement cotton layer between the cement mortar outer layer and the cement mortar inner layer and the connection of the fireproof concrete layer to the cement mortar outer layer, the fireproof and fire resistant properties of the cement plate are improved; by the clamping of the bulges on the cement cotton layer and the grooves in the cement mortar outer layer and the cement mortar inner layer, the cement cotton layer, the cement mortar outer layer and the cement mortar inner layer can be connected stably and firmly; especially when the cement plate is heated up, the structure change of the cement plate can be reduced so as to guarantee the stability.
