The invention discloses a composite board. The composite board comprises an isolating and protecting layer at the outer layer, a sealing and wrapping material and a core portion material, wherein the isolating and protecting layer comprises a protective board at the outermost layer and fiber cloth at the inner layer, the protective board is a rock wool board, small holes are evenly distributed in the inner surface of the rock wool board, the thickness of the protective board is 5-8mm, the fiber cloth is multiaxial fabric manufactured by weaving glass fibers, and the thickness of the fiber cloth is 0.1-0.3mm; the sealing and wrapping material is an air-insulating film, and the thickness of the sealing and wrapping material is 0.05-0.5 mm; the core portion material is a mixture of expanded perlite, plant fibers, lead, barium, cadmium, tin and gas-phase silicon dioxide. The composite board is good in sound insulation effect and heat insulation effect, is simple in production process, has excellent properties of fire prevention, water prevention, corrosion resistance, humidity resistance and acid and alkali resistance, is free of damage caused by worms, avoids fungi, is free of poison and pollution, and is higher in hardness, longer in service life and higher in strength compared with plastics.
