Bagasse composite board and manufacturing method thereof
The invention belongs to the technical field of composite boards, and particularly discloses a bagasse composite board. The bagasse composite board is prepared by taking a mixed system of 5-20 parts by mass of magnesium sulfate, 15-30 parts by mass of magnesium oxide, 0.05-1 part by mass of thickening time control agent and 30-40 parts by mass of water as an inorganic adhesive, uniformly dipping, mixing 50-80 parts by mass of bagasse of which the water content is not higher than 20%, and carrying out pre-pressing molding, hot-pressing curing and curing. The bagasse composite board is based on the inorganic adhesive containing the specific components, the self-gluing effect of the bagasse in the high-temperature and high-pressure process is matched, the inherent property of coexistence of long and short fibers of the bagasse is utilized, the gluing mode between the bagasse and the bagasse is controlled, and it is guaranteed that the obtained bagasse composite board has the characteristics of being light, high in strength, excellent in machining performance, mildew-proof, mothproof and the like; and B1-level flame retardance can be achieved, the additional value of bagasse is improved, and the dependence degree of the artificial board field on wood is expected to be reduced. The invention further discloses a manufacturing method of the bagasse composite board.
本发明属于复合板材技术领域,尤其公开了一种蔗渣复合板。该蔗渣复合板是以5~20质量份硫酸镁、15~30质量份氧化镁、0.05~1质量份调凝剂和30~40质量份水的混合体系为无机胶粘剂,均匀浸渍、拌合50~80质量份含水率不高于20%的蔗渣,且经预压成型、热压固型及养护而得。该蔗渣复合板基于上述特定组分的无机胶粘剂、搭配蔗渣在高温高压过程中的自胶合作用,并利用蔗渣的长短纤维共存的固有属性,且控制二者之间的施胶方式,保证获得的蔗渣复合板具有轻质、高强、加工性能优异和防霉防蛀等特点,且能够达到B1级阻燃,提高了蔗渣的附加值,有望减少人造板领域对木材的依赖度。本发明还公开了上述蔗渣复合板的制作方法。
