The invention relates to a portable train door emergency unlocking device. The portable train door emergency unlocking device comprises an emergency unlocking lock body assembly, a stay cord and an emergency unlocking starting assembly. The emergency unlocking lock body assembly comprises a lock body, a set bar, a lock baffle and a reversing support. One end of the set bar and one end of the lock baffle are installed in the lock body through a pin shaft. The swing end of the set bar and the swing end of the lock baffle face a train door set bar. The swing end of the lock baffle extends out of the lock body. The lock baffle is opened in a rotating mode from one side of the obverse of the lock body through an elastic element installed in the lock body. The swing end of the set bar is provided with a first barb structure facing one side of the lock baffle, and the non-swing end of the lock baffle is provided with a second barb structure meshed with the first barb structure. One end of the stay cord is connected with the emergency unlocking starting assembly, and the other end of the stay cord is connected with the set bar of the emergency unlocking lock body assembly through the reversing support. The portable train door emergency unlocking device has the advantages that by the adoption of the mechanical connection mode, the structure is simple, and unlocking failures caused by structure complexity are reduced.
