Cement hydration rate regulating material as well as preparation method and application thereof
The invention provides a cement hydration rate regulating material. The cement hydration rate regulating material is dextrin which is wrapped and modified by alkaline-environment-biodegradable macromolecular polymer, wherein the mass of the alkaline-environment-biodegradable macromolecular polymer accounts for 0.1-20%. The cement hydrate rate regulating material is simple in preparation technology and low in cost, and the cement hydration rate regulating performance of the cement hydrate rate regulating material is greatly improved compared with the prior art; meanwhile, influence of the cement hydration rate regulating material on hydration of cement is different from that of the traditional micromolecular retarder, influence of the cement hydration rate regulating material on a hydration induction period is small or even zero but hydration rates of an acceleration period and a deceleration period can be greatly reduced, and while the traditional micromolecular retarder is mainly used for prolonging the cement hydration induction period and has almost zero influence on the hydration rates of the acceleration period and the deceleration period.
