Cement hydration rate regulating and control material and preparation method and application thereof
The invention provides a cement hydration rate regulating and control material which is a hydrophobic modifier modified dextrin; the mass of a hydrophobic modifier is 0.5-55% of the mass of dextrin, preferably 1%-25%, and more preferably 2-15%. The cement hydration regulating and control material is simple in preparation process and low in cost, and has the regulating and control performance of the cement hydration rate greatly improved relative to the prior art. At the same time, the hydration rate regulating and control material has the influence on cement hydration different from a traditional small-molecular retarder, has little or even no influence on the hydration induction period, but can greatly reduce the hydration rates of an acceleration period and a deceleration period, while the traditional small-molecular retarder is mainly used for prolonging the cement hydration induction period but basically has no influence on the hydration rates of the cement hydration acceleration period and the deceleration period.
