The invention concretely discloses a pasty tile plaster and a preparation method thereof. The tile plaster is a mixture prepared from the following raw materials, by weight, 40-52 parts of quartz sand, 24-35 parts of heavy calcium carbonate, 12.3-14.8 parts of silicone acrylic resin emulsion, 2.5-3.2 parts of a thickening agent, 0.2-0.25 parts of an antifoaming agent, 0.15-0.2 parts of a bactericide and 14.2-18.8 parts of water. The preparation method of the pasty tile plaster comprises the following steps: respectively adding the bactericide and the antifoaming agent into water, stirring for 5-6min, adding quartz sand and heavy calcium carbonate, stirring for 20-22min, adding the silicone acrylic resin emulsion, stirring for 9-10min, adding the thickening agent, stirring for 10-12min, and loading the obtained pasty tile plaster into a barrel. The pasty tile plaster is a neutral material, does not corrode tiles, has ageing and temperature resistance, and has good flexibility.
