The invention discloses a non-autoclave unfired hollow brick with excellent antifreezing effect. The invention is characterized in that the hollow brick is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 10-12 parts of ordinary Portland cement, 30-35 parts of fly ash, 18-22 parts of building brick slag, 14-16 parts of cullet aggregate, 5-7 parts of honeycomb briquet slag, 6-8 parts of acicular wollastonite, 0.05-0.1 part of urea, 0.1-0.2 part of propanediol, 2-3 parts of methyl cellulose, 15-18 parts of synergist and a right amount of water. By adding and stirring the urea, propanediol, warm water and other components and using the improved technique, the prepared product has excellent antifreezing effect. By adding the synergist prepared by the special technique, the brick has the characteristics of light weight, high strength, water resistance, thermal insulation and bacteria resistance. The non-autoclave unfiring technique is energy-saving, environment-friendly and simple, and is convenient for operation; and the prepared hollow brick is antifreezing, compression-resistant, shockproof, waterproof and thermally insulating.
