The invention discloses a shield muck unfired hollow brick preparation method, which comprises: adding quick lime, magnesium oxide and a soil curing agent to shield muck, and carrying out a curing treatment to obtain first-stage muck; adding sodium hydroxide, talcum powder and a polysiloxane defoaming agent into the solidified muck, so that influence of an improver in the shield muck is eliminated, active substances in the shield muck are excited, and second-stage muck is obtained; adding water into the crushed two-stage muck and construction waste together with machine-made sand, fly ash, cement, water glass, an activating agent and a water reducing agent, and mixing to obtain a mixture; and pressing and maintaining the mixture to obtain the unfired hollow brick. The strength of the prepared unfired hollow brick can be close to the MU15 level, the softening coefficient is 0.78-0.92, the water absorption rate is 15% or below, the relative water content can reach 25% or below, the standard requirements of building bricks are met, the problem of shield muck discharge is solved, secondary pollution is avoided in the production process, and the unfired hollow brick can be efficiently produced in batches in a quality guaranteeing mode through cooperation of optimal production line equipment.
本发明公开了一种盾构渣土免烧空心砖制备方法,包括:向盾构渣土中加入生石灰、氧化镁和土壤固化剂进行固化处理,得一阶段渣土;在固化渣土中加入氢氧化钠、滑石粉和聚硅氧烷消泡剂,消除盾构渣土中改良剂影响,并激发盾构渣土中的活性物质,得到二阶段渣土;将破碎后的二阶段渣土和建筑垃圾连同机制砂、粉煤灰、水泥、水玻璃、活化剂和减水剂一起加水拌合,得拌合料;将拌合料压制并养护得免烧空心砖。本发明制备的免烧空心砖强度可接近MU15级,软化系数0.78‑0.92之间,吸水率在15%以下,相对含水率可达25%以下,满足建筑用砖的规范要求,解决了盾构渣土排放问题,且生产过程无二次污染,经过最优生产线设备配合,可高效保质批量生产免烧空心砖。
