Unsaturated loess NS composite grouting material and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to an unsaturated loess NS composite grouting material and a preparation method thereof. The material at least comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 40 to 80% of aeolian sand, 5 to 30% of sodium hydroxide, 1 to 20% of disodium hydrogen phosphate, 0.1 to 3% of sodium polyacrylate, and 0.1 to 3% of sodium polyphosphate; and is prepared by the following steps: rinsing and purifying aeolian sand, putting aeolian sand and sodium hydroxide into a high-pressure steamer, heating the aeolian sand and sodium hydroxide by steam; then adding a disodium hydrogen phosphate solution, a sodium polyacrylate solution and a sodium polyphosphate solution into the steamer in sequence, cooling to a temperature of 40 DEG C or less after the reactions; pouring out the materials in the steamer, and filtering the materials so as to obtain the supernate. The provided material is non-toxic, odorless, non-corrosive, non-explosive, and non-flammable, and is resistant to deterioration. The shearing strength, compressibility, and permeability of soil, which is enhanced by the grouting material, are all improved.
