Medium for copper electrode ceramic capacitor and preparation method thereof
The invention provides a medium for a copper electrode ceramic capacitor. The medium is characterized by being prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 54-91% of BaTiO3, 1-5% of MgTiO3, 4-20% of CaZrO3, 3-12% of ZrTiO4, 0.1-1% of Co2O3, 0.03-1.0% of Y2O3, 0.1-1.5% of V2O5 and 0.5-8.5% of Ba4LiNb3O12. The invention further provides a preparation method of the medium for a copper electrode ceramic capacitor. The medium for a copper electrode ceramic capacitor provided by the invention is high in dielectric constant, high in withstand voltage, low in dielectric loss, high in stability, free of environmental pollution in preparation and application processes, capable of greatly reducing the cost of the copper electrode ceramic capacitor, and is suitable for being used for preparing monolithic ceramic capacitors and multilayer chip ceramic capacitors.
