The ceramic dielectric material is characterized by comprising the following components in mol percent: 92.0 to 97.0 mol percent of barium titanate, 1.0 to 2.5 mol percent of sintering aid, 0.5 to 1.0 mol percent of anti-reducing agent, 0.5 to 1.5 mol percent of alkaline earth metal compound, 0.5 to 3.0 mol percent of rare earth element oxide and 1.0 to 2.0 mol percent of base metal oxide, the above components are mixed, wet-ground and dried to obtain the ceramic dielectric material. According to the ceramic dielectric material provided by the invention, barium titanate is used as a main body material, doping is carried out in the form of oxides of acceptor-doped rare earth elements (Dy, Y and Ho) and donor-doped rare earth elements (La, Sm and Nd), and a sintering aid, an anti-reducing agent, an alkaline earth metal compound and a base metal oxide (In2O3) are added. The prepared ceramic dielectric material has the characteristics of stable capacitance-temperature characteristic, high dielectric constant and high reliability.
本发明属于材料技术领域,提供了一种陶瓷介电材料、陶瓷电容器及其制备方法。陶瓷介电材料,其特征在于,包括按摩尔百分数计的以下组分:钛酸钡92.0‑97.0mol%、烧结助剂1.0‑2.5mol%、抗还原剂0.5‑1.0mol%、碱土金属化合物0.5‑1.5mol%、稀土元素氧化物0.5‑3.0mol%、贱金属氧化1.0mol%‑2.0mol%;将以上各组分混合湿磨、干燥,得到所述陶瓷介电材料。本发明提供的陶瓷介电材料以钛酸钡为主体材料,分别以受主掺杂稀土元素(Dy、Y和Ho)和施主掺杂稀土元素(La、Sm和Nd)的氧化物形式进行掺杂,并且添加烧结助剂、抗还原剂、碱土金属化合物和贱金属氧化物(In2O3),制备得到的陶瓷介电材料具有稳定容温特性、高介电常数和高可靠性的特点。
